Worship Skateboards is the product of 18 years of love for the art. Skateboarding is a tribe, an addiction, and an Idol to some. Unlike most things it is almost impossible to translate or explain. If you go to any country in the world with a skateboard in hand you're taken in as one of an inner circle, a collective. That doesn't happen if you stroll into Rome with a baseball glove or tennis racket. It's the essence of personal expression. Art and life co-existing in real time. The difference we hope to make is by providing an outlet for art to return to skateboarding rather than mere marketing schemes. Our decks will serve as a medium by which selected artists may express their ideas and art. . ( If we only kept those hand painted Gonz decks of yesteryear.) Stop back and see what I mean.
